Q3: What package do you use? accept OEM order?
A3: We usually packing as shrink + neutral inner box + standard export carton, we also accept OEM order, label and package as customers' requirements.

Q4: What's kind of certifications you have?
A4: Yes, we have ISO 9001, MPa EN12413.

Q5: What's your daily output?
A5: 350000 PCS per day for daily products output for small inch, 35000pcs per day for big size like 14" and 16".

A6: Yes, we do, 100% QC inspection Before Shipment.

A7: Yes, we can provide free samples, but samples freight belongs to clients.

A8: Usually TT 30% deposit, and balance against copy of B/L or L/C at sight,

Zhejiang Wanna Industry & Trade Co., Ltd (TBAW) se estableció en 1995, ubicada en la ciudad de Wuyi, provincia de Zhejiang, China.
Como uno de los principales fabricantes de abrasivos en China, hemos acumulado una sólida y buena confianza en el mercado, así como una gran satisfacción del cliente durante las últimas dos décadas.
La empresa Zhejiang Wanna Abrasive produce principalmente muelas de corte y muelas abrasivas con unión de resina que se aplican para cortar, esmerilar y pulir. Nuestra marca es TBAW, tenemos una fábrica moderna profesional, con 80 líneas de producción para satisfacer las diferentes necesidades de los clientes, tales como: diferentes tamaños, espesores y colores. Controlamos la calidad estrictamente de todo el proceso de producción, tales como: materia prima, temperatura y humedad del entorno de producción, uniformidad del producto y pruebas de datos de corte, etc.

TBAW integra la fabricación, las ventas y los servicios con un área de instalaciones de 25.000 metros cuadrados y 300 empleados. La capacidad anual es de más de 200 millones de piezas. Todo el taller se ha mantenido a temperatura constante mediante aire acondicionado para reforzar el rendimiento de los productos. Los productos se hornean en el horno de túnel que está completamente controlado por un sistema informático para garantizar que cada pieza tenga una buena apariencia y una calidad estable. Además, el departamento de control de calidad inspecciona los productos estrictamente en cada etapa de la producción. Las especificaciones de nuestros productos, como nitidez, durabilidad, resistencia al impacto y equilibrio estático, han alcanzado un nivel internacional avanzado.
