Tips for cutting stainless steel slices

1. The seam should not be too large, and the thickness of the seam should not exceed 0.3, otherwise it will be difficult to achieve the seamless effect stipulated by the national standard.

2. After the seam is opened with a stone cutting piece, the marble and granite must be cleaned with a brand-new utility blade on both sides of the seam, otherwise black seams will appear after construction.

3. The ratio of seamless glue and curing agent must be moderate and evenly prepared, otherwise, the seamless glue will not dry and half seams will appear after construction.

4. When filling the seamless glue, it can only be pulled back once, and the back and forth pull will show a half seam due to the shrinkage of the seamless glue after drying and curing.

5. Care must be taken when filling seamlessly. The joints of stone materials with different hues must be "just right", neither more nor less, otherwise, defects will be left after the construction is completed!

6. When performing seamless filling, the colloidal hue must be dominated by dark stones. Otherwise, it will cause seamless effect defects because the light-colored colloidal hue is difficult to adjust.
